- We have completed over 70 Polymer streams worldwide, making us the global leader in LDPE plant delivery, responsible for 25% of the world’s capacity.
- We have built the world’s first 400 ktpa single-stream LDPE plant in the United Kingdom – carrying it through from PDP stage through FEED to full EPC.
- We have delivered the world’s largest wheat-based bioethanol plant, the first of its kind in the UK.
- We have delivered over 350 Sulphuric Acid plants, making us an industry leader in this sector.
- In partnership, we designed the UK’s most complex nuclear facility since Sizewell B.
- We have delivered some of the world’s first civil nuclear facilities in the 1950s, including the first in Japan in partnership.
- We were awarded the first turnkey contract between the UK and the Former Soviet Union financed by the European Credit Agency.
- We were the first British company to be certified to BS 5750, the quality management standard that was the predecessor to ISO 9000.
